Capital Planning and Project Management.

Capital Planning and Project Management has system-wide responsibility for planning, designing and constructing fixed assets including new and existing buildings, furnishings and equipment and utility infrastructure. CPPM provides high-quality campus master planning and construction services to the University community.

CPPM contributes to informed decision-making and risk reduction/management by staffing the Capital Oversight Group. This cross-functional, enterprise wide group coordinates all activities related to the University’s capital planning, financing, communication and construction activities. Overseen by the Vice President for University Services and the Vice President of Budget and Finance, the Capital Oversight Group provides direction to multiple University units. This coordinated leadership ensures that the University’s campus development and capital planning work is done in alignment with academic planning needs.
