The renovation of 717 Delaware Street SE provided 167,000 gsf for AHC programs. The remodel focused on building envelope and infrastrucutre, mechanical and electrical system repair/replacement, and building code improvements. |

This project featured the renovation of a 1907 dairy barn on the St. Paul Campus, providing the College of Veterinary Medicine with much-needed classrooms, seminar space, offices, and conference rooms. |

This project addressed Folwell Hall's exterior building systems. The flat roof at the top of the building was replaced and the gutter was relined where the sloped clay roof meets the parapet wall to stop water leaks.
