This is the third phase of a multi-phase plan to upgrade the chilled water and electrical utility infrastructure and delivery systems on the St. Paul campus.The project consists primarily of the construction of a new utility building.
This project will replace the current playing basketball court and baskets, along with upgrading and modernizing cable pulls for television crews and other non-sporting events in the arena.
