Renovation of 717 Delaware Street S.E. will occur in phases. Phase I will consist of renovating space on the 4th and 6th floors to accommodate the programmatic needs of Dr. Gunda Georg’s Medicinal Chemistry research. |

The new 71,000 gross square foot Bell Museum of Natural History will be located on a 13-acre site at the southwest corner of Larpenteur Avenue and Cleveland Avenue on the St. Paul campus. |

The Biomass Heating Plant Addition will provide research and instructional platforms for students and faculty studying biomass fuel alternatives, rural economic development, and policies on sustainable agriculture. |

This project will provide a new science and outreach center along with intern housing at the Cedar Creek Natural History Area. |

This project will address Folwell Hall's exterior building systems. The flat roof at the top of the building will be replaced and the gutter will be relined where the sloped clay roof meets the parapet wall to stop water leaks.

Hanson Hall will serve as the home for the undergraduate programs of the Carlson School of Management. The new skyway is designed to connect Hanson Hall with the existing Carlson School of Management building. |

The University is constructing a new 50,000 seat open-air football stadium on the east bank of the Twin Cities campus. The stadium will be located on the existing Huron Boulevard parking lots, in close proximity to Mariucci Arena and the Williams Arena/Sports Pavilion complex. |
